Get online support
my order for home wireless broadband was accepted on 21 November.
I received the modem on 23 November. I plugged the modem in but there is no connection. I could not get through to the support helpline and found somewhere that my service is not yet activated.
How long will the activation take?
Will I be notified?Why is it nowhere mentioned that plugging in the modem is not enough to get access to the internet?
Why does tpg not have a live online support?
I am new to tpg but already frustrated and disappointed with the customer support.
