Get online support
Hi,
I have tried so many times to try to get my tpg email to send emails via my Outlook 365 app, but it does not work.
I can receive emails via this app, but not send.
I can send and receive via tpg web postoffice.
I have read lots of forums with other people having same issue, including spam alerts, long lists of recipients etc.
I do not believe I have done any of these things.
I wonder if something to do with the server detecting I am overseas, as I use a VPN.??
Otherwise I have no clues and this is very frustrating.
Can you please help?

Hi @sstothard . You are correct about the VPN coming from an overseas address. Can you try Outlook without using VPN.

I tried with VPN turned off and still did not work.
Also I note my Nortin 360VON uses and Australian location anyway.
Unfortunately this has not provided a solution.
Any other ideas?

@sstothard . What port number and security setting are you using for SMTP?
Did Outlook 365 suddenly stop working or have you just started to use it?

Port number and security setting for SMTP right now is 25 / no encryption.
Other sertings as per pics attached.
I have only recently started using Outlook 365.
