I have tried so many times to try to get my tpg email to send emails via my Outlook 365 app, but it does not work.
I can receive emails via this app, but not send.
I can send and receive via tpg web postoffice.
I have read lots of forums with other people having same issue, including spam alerts, long lists of recipients etc.
I do not believe I have done any of these things.
I wonder if something to do with the server detecting I am overseas, as I use a VPN.??
Otherwise I have no clues and this is very frustrating.
Can you please help?
I tried with VPN turned off and still did not work.
Also I note my Nortin 360VON uses and Australian location anyway.
Unfortunately this has not provided a solution.
Any other ideas?
