How do I get Connection box

We have been told we have a NBN HFC connection, but we do not have the connection box to connect to the ‘Foxtel’ line. How do I get a NBN connection box or will a technician need to come to my premises?

We were able to locate your account using your community details and your address is listed as Service class 24, which means that the NBN NTD is already in place.

If you are not able to see the NBN box, then we'll advise our NBN Provisioning team to check on it further.

I have not been able to locate the NBN connection box as suggested In the premises. I look forward to hearing from the NBN Provisioning team.
We do have a Foxtel connection point, but we don’t have the black box that the modem needs to connect to that connects to the Foxtel point.
