How do I get an NBN connection box?

Hi Team,

I applied for TPG NBN50 bundel plan. I got router last friday. unfortunately i havnt found any NBN connection box at my primissis. 

I want to know how i wil get NBN connection box and schedule a technician visit for installation.

Hi@nitinkumarsd,

If the NBN FTTC NTD (Network Connection Device) not shipped prior the NBN tech will install and commision the NTD at the time of visit.

Thanks for the answer.

I have HFC type of NBN connection at my home.The technitian visit not yet scheduled. Request you to please let me know how to schedule technicial visit for installation, also i tried multiply time on there IVR call but unfortunately not able to connect even single time.

Please let me know if we have any direct email id to schedule technician visit.
