If it's a brand new modem/router, then you may check the specification of the device in its box or manual.
If it's an old modem/router and you don't have the box or manual of it, then you may check the support page of the manufacturer of the device.
You may also access the modem interface to check if you will be able to see the VDSL/VLAN option in it.
