Get online support
I purchased and set up my modem, and all the right lights are on. I can connect to the Wifi, but it says I do not have internet connection.
I have received a text from TPG saying my 'NBN service is installed, but you can't see me online' and that 'NBN installation is complete.'
I have registered and paid for my NBN plan from TPG, and I was wondering how long it would take until I can access the internet, or if I need to book a technician.
