How to add an authorised contact person

My landlord called TPG several times to add me as an authorised contact person and every time the tpg side confirmed its done, but when I call to follow up or request something, the tpg side told me there is no auhtorised contact person under the account, really frustrated and do not know how to do with it Smiley Sad
