Due to the current NBN wholesale cost model, the cost to supply NBN services has unfortunately increased across the industry. At TPG, we’re committed to making sure you always get great value.
To avoid raising our pricing as a result of these increased costs, we are migrating some customer to current in market offers. We contacted the affected customers via email to to let them know that we are making some changes to there NBN plan.
Our NBN100 plan is now configured with 20 Mbps Upload speed since May 2020. This is the fastest upload speed we can get with the TPG- NBN plans. You may check the information here.
Hi, I recently changed the internet from fttp to nbn100. I changed it after seeing a post on the site that nbn100 is more stable, but the mbps upload speed has been downgraded from 30 to 19. I paid $190 to change this, but it's a shame that it's downgraded. The mbps upload speed is very important to me. Is there any other way?
