I’m a bit confused why my nbn connection isn’t active now & to be able to use the internet. I was recently on ADSL and working well . Now I feel nbn could take longer to connect , I have my kids school education online .
There needs to be a better connection system and clearer communication . How long will it take, I put my modem together yesterday? Please help.
