Hi there, i have problem with my NBN internet in my home. Yesterday i registered my complaint by calling a support staff at TPG. Until yesterday, my internet was dropping down time and again but since yesterday afternoon there is no internet in my house. As you are aware, this is a very difficult situation because we are working, studying and communicating everywhere through internet sitting at home; please response to the problem ASAP. I have received a TPG ticket #10459674 in sms this morning, but i have no idea what is that. Please reply when will your technician visit my place.
