Incorrect address provided to NBN for NBN FTTC installation

Hi there,

I recently signed up NBN FTTC service with TPG. The installation has not been completed yet.

I have been contacted by NBN in regard to the installation issue and until then I realised that TPG has provided incorrect address to NBN. I have asked NBN to update the address but I was told to contact TPG and TPG should advise NBN the correct address.

Can someone please help me update the address?

Hi @hugonimabo12

 

I've since checked your account and update showed that the address has already been corrected and has been forwarded to NBN Co. 

 

A Case Manager is also assigned as a sole point point of contact and will be reaching out for any pertinent updates available.
