I dint like the payment plan.. how you guys take the payment one week ahead even starting the plan.. this is seriously rip off as we have another bold to pay . Most of the companies send you a bill n ask for payment? But this really different so I d t want to go through this ** ..

TPG is a prepaid service; as part of our billing system’s automation, we charge 7 days before the next billing cycle. Do you wish to proceed with the installation of your NBN service?

I had ask you guys what is the cooling period off? Can you answer this question before anything else ?

Hi @avar2090,

 

 

TPG do not have a cooling off period. The application of your NBN service will not commence until the payment of the NBN Setup and the shipping fee is posted to the account.
