TPG is a prepaid service; as part of our billing system’s automation, we charge 7 days before the next billing cycle. Do you wish to proceed with the installation of your NBN service?

TPG do not have a cooling off period. The application of your NBN service will not commence until the payment of the NBN Setup and the shipping fee is posted to the account.
