As per chat call ending at 12:50 afternoon today, your NBN HFC installation is still in progress.

Changes to the NBN visit schedule can only be made 3 working days prior to the arranged appointment.

 

NBN will need to access the premises to install the NBN HFC NCD (Black Arris Box) to enable the service to go live.
