Internet was dropping out a few weeks ago, spoke to TPG who saw an issue and were going to send a technician out, but it "fixed itself" for a few days. Since then, the internet drops in and out all day. Most of the day it is off.
We have tried all troubleshooting, and it is still doing the same thing.
This is at my parents house who live a few hours away, so it is hard to help them without having someone go out there to look.
Does anyone else have this issue? And is there anything else we can do?
