We have located the account using your community details. As per checking, NBN Co. has identified a network fault affecting NBN HFC services in Carlingford, NSW area.
NBN technicians are currently on site and the estimated time of restoration they have provided is 10:30 AEDT.
We'll closely monitor this and will keep you posted for updates where possible.
The outage has now been cleared and your service should be up and running. The outage was due to a faulty Line Power Insertor (LPI) which has been replaced by one of NBN Co.'s technicians.
I've ran a remote test and it showed that your modem is now connected for more than 2hrs.
