Internet light doesnt come on new installation

Level 1c
Just signed up to TPG and received an email saying everything is connected but I have no internet and the internet light on the modem if off. I have called tpg who couldn’t understand why its not working and still have no answer to when it will work and why its not working.

Needs to be fixed ASAP! No internet!
