Internet not working, orange light on modem

My connection has an orange light. I rang yesterday for some hardship help and it seems now I’ve had my service cancelled? The person I spoke to said this would not happen.

If you are on FTTP,  a flashing orange light on the NBN NTD box confirms that data is flowing. A steady red light signals a break in connection.
If you are not on FTTP this does not apply to you
