I have recently moved and have been put on a lower plan as nbn wasn’t available at my new premises until 20/3/20
I could only go on Adsl which I didn’t want to do. To keep my Acc open to avoid delays they put me on the lowest plan.
Michelle told me she would keep track of it and let me know when it’s connected so I we can fix it.
Could you please let me know what’s happening I really need to get my internet up and running
