LESS then 24hr of NBN FTTC connection, NBN box NBN light flashing red , interent DOWN

Hi Tpg, 

It's unbelievable, jusy second day of the nbn service connection, it stopped working.

Nbn fttc box, nbn light flashing in red, making click sound.

We have tried reboot and the box few times, When the phone cable is unplugged from the nbn box , the nbn box just flash blue and no ticking nosie.

FYI: there was also an email sent to your support team
