Netgear D8500 install on HFC

Hi there,

I had NBN installed sucessfully today, but have been trying to swap the standard router over to my existing Netgear Nighthawk D8500 without any luck.

Does any one have a screen shot of a D8500's settings that has sucessfully been setup on HFC? I have been through plenty of pages on here without any luck. I have put in the normal settings including username and password, set the VLAN ID to 2, PPPoE, VDSL2, etc. Any ideas on what I am missing???

There were customers that have tried to use a third party modem/router for the TPG NBN HFC technology.

You may refer to the discussion here in case you are missing something with your setup.

If it's still not working, please contact Netgear support for further assistance.
