Lack of service in the phrase Customer Service

Not happy Jan. I have been trying to get my relocated service up and running and twice the conversation has been abruptly terminated. And before anyone wants to jump in with "dont be rude to the staff" nothing of the sort has happened, having been on the other end of the phone, i always go out of my way to be nice because there are people who don't.
All i want is a technician to talk to who isnt about to clock off and just hang up
