Is there a charge to make a local or 1300 call? I have to call Vic Roads and the wait time is currently 23 minutes

For TPG Home Phone (DSL/NBN) users.

According to TPG Home Phone Call Rates https://www.tpg.com.au/adsl & TPG Voice Service Call Rates https://www.tpg.com.au/nbn 13/1300 calls are 30 cents per call.

If you have a different type of phone service, the rates may change.
