Get online support
Hi,
I have recently moved house from a FTTP connection to an HFC connection. After much delay I have now received the required modem in the post from TPG however the connection information assumes I have a black NBN connection box. No such box exists at the premises.
Due to the incapacity of your online chat system (which is always busy and unable to accept technical queries) I have been unable to speak to someone from TPG about my installation and have had to complete it online so I could try and get internet. Had I been able to speak to someone a couple of weeks ago this delay could have been avoided.
I am continuing to pay for an internet service that I have now been unable to use for weeks. I would like my installation resolved promptly.
