Missing NBN box

The previous tenants have removed the NBN connection box from the property.

TPG have sent out the AC1600 modem router but without the black box It is useless.

I have tried calling TPG to organize one to be sent to us or someone to come to the property but after being on hold twice for over an hour the calls just drop out.

I have been trying to have this issue sorted since March 3rd

Scary to read you have been waiting that long. I am in exactly the same situation. Spoke to someone (yes an actual conversation with a human) but at this stage i have not had the call back or email to confirm this has been escalated as it was suggested.

Still have had no internet and have been given no idea of how much longer this will take
