Missing NBN box

Hi Team,

 

NBN box is missing at my house, I registered new NBN connection with TPG last week, I have already informed the same. I have received Modem but cannot connect anywhere as per instruction provided.

 

I tried to reach customer service and ticket number 10400580 still no update so far, I tried to reach chat online but no luck either. 

Could you please escalate or advice next step as soon as possible to get the NBN connection.

This has been already escalate to NBN, it will take few extra days, but We will contact you when NBN technnician will be at your place.

Thanks for reply, I got a call on Thursday 9-Apr but still no technician planned to come. I am without interenet still billing started.
