Missing NBN box

Hi Team,   NBN box is missing at my house, I registered new NBN connection with TPG last week, I have already informed the same. I have received Modem but cannot connect anywhere as per instruction provided.   I tried to reach customer service and ticket number 10400580 still no update so far, I tried to reach chat online but no luck either.  Could you please escalate or advice next step as soon as possible to get the NBN connection.   Thanks, Asan ...
