Modem Delivery

My install date is due in 2 days (20/06/2019) and i have yet to recieve my modem. I have called numerous times, I have now been on hold for 2 1/2 hours and no one is answering - please help?

We have located the account using your community details. As per checking, the modem is currently on board with driver for delivery. We have sent the consignment number via email and you may check its whereabouts here: https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/#/search

Thankyou for your feedback, I contacted StarTrack and the delivery should happen today. 

 

I may use this forum in future given the onhold music (after i was transferred from tech support to another department) went on for 3 hours before i eventually hung up on TPG.
