Modem Refund/Returned

i have returnd the modem to the North ryde Tpg centre and been told i would get a refund after doing so of my $100 dollars all i had to do was message you guys after it was returned i already emailed the cancellation team with proof of return the certificate paper they gave me, im curious how long it will take for me to recieve my money back.


Thanks for raising this to us @ArianK,  We checked the account and can see that we have received the modem last Friday. This is to inform you that the refund request through your credit card is now in progress.  Please allow 3-5 working days to receive the refund.
