Hi, I just registered and started my NBN plan with you, I received my modem in the post but no NCD. Does this mean a service engineer will be scheduled to attend my property soon? and if so how will I know when?
Or will I have to contact you to arrange the delivery of the NCD box ?

Our NBN Provisioning team will notify our customers with the installation schedule and if there's a need for a technician visit to install the equipment.
