Hi i spoke with one of your staff earlier on this evening. Im changing from adsl to nbn. Went through all the processes to do this, the lady said it would cost $10 for the modem. After getting off the phone i realized that i already have a modem for nbn in storage. It was used at a previous address. Am i able to use this and cancel the new one that has been ordered for me?
