Hi - we live in an apartment and have an old phone line which broke so now has another additional part (very small box type thing where all the wires stick into it) then there is a phone plug attached to it.
Our conenction has fialed and i am not sure if it is the phone line or the fact we're in an apartment and a signal issue.
I've gone so much over my data and it's already taken a week - any ideas?
