I'm sorry to learn that you haven't received the modem yet. We contacted Startrack to check the status and we're advised that they'll investigate on the matter. It will take 24-48 hours to get a feedback on the investigation.
As an alternative option, we'll reship a new modem instead. Can you PM us your shipping address so we can proceed with the order?
