Modem delivery

Hi,

I have not received modem till now. It was dispatched on 4 th Dec and scheduled to arrive on 5 th Dec but still the status shows at delivery depot. No one has reached out to me. My connection is already activated. Can you please help?

I'm sorry to learn that you haven't received the modem yet. We contacted Startrack to check the status and we're advised that they'll investigate on the matter. It will take 24-48 hours to get a feedback on the investigation.

 

As an alternative option, we'll reship a new modem instead. Can you PM us your shipping address so we can proceed with the order?
