My HFC nbn installation is scheduled today (29/9) at 1-5pm. I still have not received my nbn modem. I was messaged it was shipped on 24/9 and in the tracking there has not been any further update since 25/9 4.56am. No response from both star track and tpg customer service as to the whereabout of my modem. Pretty frustrated. Please help
