Modem has not been delivered for ADSL installation

The modem is supposed to be delivered by today for the installation tomorrow. I checked in Startrac and it said delivered. However, I still do not receive the modem. Please let me know how I should I proceed from this because the installation notification said I need to have modem connected for internet to be installed but I don't have a modem yet. Thanks.
