I ordered my nbn sevice on the 25th January 2019 and I've been trying to contact tpg tech support to know the exact date that my modem is going to arrive can anyone at tpg look into my account and track the date that the modem will arrive.
If you order the service on the 25th which is Friday and TPG uses Startrack.
There could be some delay on the shipping due to long weekend because of the Holiday.
But it still nice to get an answer from an admin.

I was able to locate your account using your community details and seen that your NBN order is now in progress. The consignment number for the modem/router will be sent via email once it has been shipped.
