Tired of connecting to TPG Support. 1-2 hrs of wait time. TPG doesn't take customers seriously. I am trying to resolve my case for 2 days and got no help whatsoever. Only being connected to some case manager who never picks the phone. Currently on wait for 1.5 hrs to talk to Case Manager while the rep promised it would be only around 5 mins. Photo attached for my wait time.
If you can handle customer service graciously at least move us out the contract and let me go some other provider.
