Moving Home - Please help me transfer

Hi, I am moving houses and will have two weeks inbetween addresses where I will not need internet. Can someone please help me to postpone my internet for these two weeks, or help me to cancel / transfer my account? Thanks, Jacinta.

TPG billing works by always paying in advance. If it is just a 2x week gap, it will save a lot of hassle by just doing a relocation. Pausing for 2x weeks really wouldn't by wise.

Hi @David_M

Thank you for your quick response. If I relocate my address will the internet disconnect from my old address prior to the new address? When going through the forms it has not asked me when I am moving into my new address and asking for set up fees again? Can you please help with this?
