Moving Home Troubles

I'm currently in the process of finding a new home but it has been tough. I'm closing in on my vacate date and wondering what I can do about my internet/phone service.

As I have no new address to change the service too yet and I still need my e-mail address.

Can I continue to pay for my service or a reduced cost just for the e-mail address?
