Currently I have super fast NBN connection with discounted price and why can't I move that to my new address as I'm moving houses ?

I was told that while house move is in progress, they can't change the plan I selected. So waited until the service activated in the new address and called today and told that I can no longer get the discounted price in the new address. Pretty frustrating

When was discussed to you? I'll raise this to our Account Specialists so they can make an investigation and assessment if the discount will be forfeited if relocation is made.
