Moving home installation no progress

Hi there,

I had made moving home request for 3 weeks, and had planned to have new connection on 24th dec. But no connection, even NBN website is showing no connection on my address. Looks like TPG took our money, but not turning connection ON. Called customer service hotline, had waited and talked to 3-4 different people to diagnose the issue. So called having case manager calling back but nothing happened.
I’m very disappointed with TPG service, as whatever they committed is a joke. Not recommend anyone subscribes their service, as you might need to expect 1 or 2 month delay on your connection.
