Moving house nbn connection

Hi. I’ve received the text message asking me to connect my modem in order for activating nbn. Their is still no nbn connection at my new address.

I rang through to TPG customer assistance twice today. Both times they said they will put me through to a case manager. Both times it goes straight to a message saying your too busy and to call back later...

How am I supposed to get my nbn activated when I can’t speak to someone about it?
