Nbn installation

Yesterday our nbn technician came to install our nbn box, during the installation he needed to go down one floor and check the electrical box, but at that time the elevator broke down and he was unable to complete the installation and left, saying he would come back the following day to complete it. Today he hasn't returned and I have yet to receive any communication from him or tpg of my connection status. He said he would come back and complete the installation, do I need to reschedule?
