I have sent email since 28 March I really need internet previously I had ADSL and now in the new adress it required NBN I tried a lot sent multiple query online chat is impossible I left my number to call back from u guys but never recieved call , they are deducting money for internet but I dnt have any internet. Pls help

I went to my account and I did try to move house because I was ADSL previously and new house requires NBN it said to change from ADSL to NBN contact tpg
