No internet no support

I have just started a new account and have been informed my installation is complete and have even received a phone call asking me why I haven’t connected . YOU KNOW WHY?!? Because even though tpg says my apt is NBN ready I do not appear to have a connection box . I plugged in my modem and then nothing. The customer support said it might be located in the car park. TPG says it’s ready and installed but then when I call they ask me about a box I know nothing about . Please help .

NBN FTTP should have a NTP box. NBN confirmed service is completed, I will forward a link to so you can  check the installation set up.
