Multiple daily drop outs

Hi,

 

I have been having multiple daily drop outs since my NBN installation (Aug 2019). I haven't been able to get through to technical support via phone (wait time too long and no option for call back). 

 

Can someone please raise a ticket and give me a call / investigate this?

I tried searching for your TPG account using your Community details but unable to find any match. In order for us to assist you accordingly, kindly send us with your Customer ID or service address via private message
