hello TPG,
We are in the process of upgrading to NBN from Broadband both with you.
I got a text yesterday that said "Important Reminder: Your NBN Service is awaiting activation. You're required to connect your NBN modem.". I tried doing the install which I did correctly and there was no internet connection after 45 minutes
So I disconnected the NBN and then re-connected the normal broadband, but now I don't have any internet service at all !!
i have emailed chd@tpgtelecom.com.au about 5 hours ago but have received no acknowledgement of the email and have been trying for these same 5 hours to chat to someone online to no avail. Could somebody please help !! We are trying to run a business.
