NBN Activation after moving house

Hi, I received a text last week that 'Your NBN service is awaiting activation. Please connect and switch on your NBN equipment'
I have connected and switched on all equipment, and there is no internet service, the ONLINE light is constantly flashing. Ive tried multiple restarts and connections.
Please help.

Im in same boat, the internet light wont come on.
